I’ve been on a couple of retreats now and experienced Kirsten’s food and it’s opened my eyes as to how varied and nourishing a plant based diet can be. Kirsten puts her heart and soul into her meals, she’s a wonderful person and works so hard. Kirsten’s meals are all really visually appealing on top of being delicious, she gets it right every time and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed everything of hers that I’ve eaten. Kirsten has kindly shared recipes in the past after retreats and they’ve always been easy to follow, it’s meant that there’s a few things I will make consistently on a weekly basis, such as energy balls, overnight oats, etc., and it’s meant that I’ve explored food options I might not have previously thought about when doing my weekly shop. Something that strikes me also, is how nothing goes to waste, Kirsten’s menus are really sustainable and it’s nice to see no food wasted, and a lot of clear plates at the end of a meal!

Kirsten’s food was undoubtedly one of the highlights of my yoga holiday at Rosmarino Retreats in Italy. She is an unbelievably talented chef who nourished us throughout the week.

Every meal was nutritious, vibrant and full of flavour, not only good for the body but a joy for the senses! She managed to surprise and delight us and each meal was balanced and in tune with the energy of our yoga practice. I found myself excited for each mealtime wondering what beautiful creation would be waiting for is next.

It is clear Kirsten prepares each meal with love and truly understands how food works to heal, energise and uplift.
Thank you for feeding us so beautifully, I came away feeling energised, healthy and inspired, I have tried a few of the recipes and they are delicious!

I honestly don’t ever want to have to find a new retreat chef as Kirsten is an absolutely incredible super human chef!

Kirsten has been my Retreat Chef for the past few years and I CANNOT imagine doing a Yoga Retreat without her now!

I have no words big enough to show how easy and stress-free Kirsten makes my Retreat planning & hosting.

Any dietary requirements my guests have, Kirsten takes them in her stride with no fuss and if there are any last minute changes, she handles it like the pro that she is.

My guests all absolutely LOVE her and their first question now when I advertise a new Retreat is, “Will Kirsten be there?” And the answer is always of course, YES!

The food she serves is not only delicious and nutritious, but gorgeous to look at too. Her portion sizes are great and I’ve never had a guest on my Retreats go hungry – even those who arrived as avid meat eaters!

Wow! what can I say? Kirsten is just an amazing chef and beautiful person. So dedicated, working tirelessly from early in the morning until late at night to ensure she provides you with the most delicious, nutritious variety of food. Five days on the retreat and we ate a variety of at least 65 different plants (fruit, vegetables, grains, nuts & seeds etc). Remarkable. I came away feeling so healthy. She has shared some of her recipes which are easy to follow. She’s a real expert on health, wellbeing and gut health. She has certainly influenced my eating habits for the better. Highly recommend.
