All my retreat menus are bespoke and designed with your event theme, seasonality and guest requirements in mind.
The example below is just an indication of the sort of retreat food I can create for you and your guests. We will work together to come up with the right menu for your retreat and schedule.
What a day menu could look like...
Pre-Yoga snack: Coconut & lime energy balls, fresh fruit & nuts
