What a day menu could look like...
Pre-Yoga snack: Coconut & lime energy balls, fresh fruit & nuts

Breakfast: Banoffee overnight oats; Avocado “Benedict” on sourdough toast

Lunch: Healing miso broth; Roasted cauliflower & greens with red pepper hummus & flatbread

Afternoon treat: Apple & cinnamon muffins
