HEALTH COACHING

Resilience, built together.

Introduction

If you have ever felt overwhelmed, you will probably have noticed that this rarely shows up as one big crisis. It's more often a slow build — too much on your plate, not enough recovery, and no real space to work out what would actually help.

You might know me as a retreat chef, but I'm also a Royal Society for Public Health-qualified health coach (MRSPH), and I help people build resilience across all areas of health and wellbeing — not just food.

My main way of working is through my group coaching programme, with 1:1 sessions and workshops alongside it. Different people need different things, and I've built my offer around that.

Why health coaching?

I love health coaching because of its core principles: looking at a person as the expert in their own life and supporting them in discovering ways in which they can feel better, based on what is the right fit for them.

So, it's not a one-size fits all approach to health - instead, health coaching is a collaboration between coach and client to uncover the right answer for you as an individual.

Who is this for?

  • Overwhelm has become a bit too familiar, and you want that to change

  • You're carrying a lot — work, family, health, other people's needs — and your own wellbeing keeps getting pushed to the bottom of the list

  • You'd rather build resilience alongside others than figure it all out alone

  • You know small, steady changes matter more than dramatic overhauls, and you want support putting them into practice

  • You're not looking for a diagnosis or medical treatment, but for a coach who'll walk alongside you as things shift

A small group, working on resilience together — structured enough to keep you moving forward, informal enough to feel like a conversation, not a lecture. What's included: * 8 group sessions delivered online * A steady framework for building resilience across sleep, stress, food and mindset * Space to hear how others are navigating the same things you are * Practical tools you can actually use between sessions, not just talk about * Optional Whatsapp group for in-between session per support Who it's for: You're carrying a lot, overwhelm has become familiar, and you'd rather build resilience alongside others than figure it all out alone. Price: £220 for 8 weeks

For when something needs more individual attention — a specific challenge, a bit more privacy, or simply your own pace. What's included: * A full 60-minute session, just you and me * Space to work through what's actually going on, at your pace * A realistic, practical direction to take away — not a generic plan Who it's for: You want a starting point that's just about you, or something to complement group work already underway. Price: £40.00 per session

One-off sessions built around whatever's most needed — stress and resilience, sustainable habits, or a theme specific to your group. What's included: * A session designed around your group's needs (retreat, team, or private group) * Practical, hands-on content — not a lecture * Flexible length and format, worked out together beforehand Who it's for: Retreat hosts, teams, or groups wanting a focused, one-time deep dive into resilience. Price: please enquire - subject to group size and format
